How do I Submit a Refund Request for Subscription License orders?

How to submit a refund request through your KeyShot Cloud Account

NOTE:  Cancellations and refunds are accepted up to 14 days from the date of placing your order. However, if you activate the subscription during that 14-day period, you lose the right to cancel the subscription on the date of the activation.

Once you have confirmed that you qualify for a refund, please see the steps below on how to request a refund:

  1. Log into your KeyShot Cloud Account.

  2. Once logged in select the Subscription & Billing option in the left side panel.

  3. From there, scroll down until you see the Billing History Section.

  5. Once expanded, locate the correct Order number that you are requesting a refund on.Screenshot 2026-04-22 at 4.06.30 PM

     

  6. Click on the order to open it and then locate the 'Request refund' option.Screenshot 2026-04-22 at 4.07.07 PM-1

     

  7. Once you click this, you will need to select the reason for your refund request and then submit the request.

  8. Please allow 1-2 business days for this to be approved.
