KeyShot Network Rendering Logs

How to get Network Rendering logs for Support.

When you are having issues with KeyShot Network rendering Manager and Workers not connecting or starting a job, send us your log files for further investigation. The log files would help us with finding any errors you may be experiencing with connections or jobs not wanting to start. 

Prerequisites

  • KeyShot Network Rendering

    • Network Rendering Logs

      • Manager logs

      • Workers Logs

Procedure

  1. Access the computer acting as the Network Manager.

    1. Access the computer acting as the Network Worker.

  2. Browse to the Network rendering Log folder:

    • Windows: C:\Users\Public\Public Documents\KeyShot Network Resources\Logs

      • You will find logs named KeyShot Manager / Worker / Watchdog / Configuration

    • Mac OS: Macintosh HD\Library\Application Support\KeyShot Network Resources\Logs

      • You will find logs named KeyShot Manager / Worker / Watchdog / Configuration

    • Linux: /var/local/share/KeyShot11NetworkResources

      • You will find logs named KeyShot Manager / Worker / Watchdog / Configuration

  3. Please send both Manager and Worker logs in a ZIP file.

    • If you send the Logs folder that would give us all current logs created.
