Missing Assets in the New KeyShot Cloud Library

Environment:

• KeyShot Cloud Library (post-migration, 2025)

• All supported KeyShot versions

Issue:
After the recent migration of the KeyShot Cloud Library, some users may notice that certain assets are missing from the updated library.

Cause:
During the migration process, some assets were not transferred to the new Cloud Library system.

Resolution:
If you notice an asset is missing from the new Cloud Library, you can report it directly to our team using the built-in form.

1. Visit the Cloud Library at https://cloud-library.keyshot.com/.

2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page.

3. Click the link to the Missing Assets Form.

4. Fill out the form with the details of the missing asset and submit it.
