Ensuring Proper Render Resolution for Animation Exports in KeyShot
Issue
When exporting an animation in KeyShot, users may encounter an error message related to the render resolution, specifically:
"Height not divisible by 2."
Environment
-
KeyShot Studio
Cause
The error occurs because animation exports require the height value to be an even number. If the height is set to an odd number (e.g., 905 pixels), KeyShot cannot process the export.
Resolution
To fix the issue:
-
Adjust the Height to an Even Number
-
Keep the current width as it is.
-
Change the height from an odd number (e.g., 905) to the closest even number (e.g., 904 or 906).
-
-
Reattempt the Animation Export
-
Once the height is corrected, proceed with the export again.
-
Following these steps should resolve the issue, ensuring a smooth animation export. If the problem persists, please reach out to KeyShot Support.
