# Error: "The subscription license code could not be verified" when trying to activate a Network Rendering code

## Trying to activate the network rendering license code, but I get a License Code Not Found error.

### Issue

When entering the Network Rendering subscription code in the Network Configurator tool, the following error occurs:

```
The subscription license code could not be verified. License not found (LICENSE_NOT_FOUND)
```

I am not able to proceed to activate the subscription key.

### Environment Details

- KeyShot Network Rendering 
    - 2023.1+

### Cause

- The activation code field/Subscription license field is not usable for Network Rendering codes at the moment.

### Resolution

To activate Network Rendering with a serial code please follow the instructions below:

1. Open up the Network Configurator on the **manager** machine.
2. Go to Manager Settings.
3. Select the '**License File**' radio button and click the '**Register Key**' button.
4. Fill out the remaining information to register the key.
