Every Other UI Click Alternates to Render Images in SD or HD

KeyShot WebViewer renders in SD with HD enabled and vice versa the environment renders in HD when SD is selected.

Issue

In some environments, KeyShot WebViewer renders in SD with HD enabled, and vice versa the environment renders in HD when SD is selected.

In this example, the ground shadow sometimes is pixeled when the user uses the configurator UI. It happens as an example in the attached jewelry scene. Sometimes it looks smooth and then after another model set is toggle on or off in the configurator it will be pixelated. Using the UI again will make it smooth again.

It seems to alternate between pixelated and smooth for every other UI click that causes a shadow recalculation (hiding or showing model sets).
