Failed to Connect Message Appearing Upon Startup in 2026.2

When launching KeyShot 2026.2, a message appears indicating that KeyShot Studio couldn't retrieve your license permissions from the server.

When launching KeyShot 2026.2, a message appears indicating that KeyShot Studio couldn't retrieve your license permissions from the server.

Resolution

This is a known issue that our developers are actively working on resolving now. You should be able to click 'ok' to dismiss the message and KeyShot should function as it normally does with no issue. Once the fix is released, the message should no longer appear.
