How to Generate a HAR File Using Chrome, Edge, and Firefox

A Step-by-Step Guide to Capturing Network Logs for Troubleshooting KeyShot Hub Based Issues

What is a HAR file?

A HAR (HTTP Archive) file captures network traffic between your browser and the server, providing detailed insights into what happens during a web session. This data can help diagnose performance issues, such as slow loading times or page errors, and allows support teams to better understand the underlying problems. By generating and sharing a HAR file for our support team, you enable us to troubleshoot your KeyShot Hub-based issues more effectively.
