# How to Set Up Automatic Deletion of Jobs in Network Rendering

## This article details how to set up the automatic delete feature for jobs.

### Issue

Users with access to a machine acting as a Manager can enable the automatic deletion of jobs within the render queue.

### Environment Details

- **Product:** KeyShot Network Configurator
- **Version:** Any
- **Operating Systems:** Windows or macOS

### Cause

Enabling automatic deletion of jobs helps Managers efficiently manage their queue by removing completed jobs after a specified period, eliminating the need for manual removal in the KeyShot Network Monitor application.

### Resolution

1. Open the **KeyShot Network Configurator** application on the machine acting as the Manager.
2. Navigate to the **Manager Settings** tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the settings page to find the **Job Settings** section.
4. Select or deselect the option to automatically delete jobs after a specific number of days.
