Images are not saving in the correct DPI when saving an image

Incorrect DPI are seen when saving an image.

Issue

When the DPI is set to 300 exporting in .PSD format, it gets rendered out at 72 DPI. It appears identical to .PNG in the Queue, but the file properties differ.

Cause

  • Product defect Defect ID: KEYS-29907 has been issued.

Resolution

1. Enter the desired DPI and click Render:
 

2. When the render screen shows up, select the green check mark rather than the save button. This will save the file at the correct DPI.
