      Importing NX scene to KeyShot is blank

      When importing an NX scene to KeyShot, there's only a blank screen.

      Issue

      Using the plugin for Siemens NX (2306-800) but when I transfer from NX to KeyShot, there is no model, only a blank screen. Trying different files or scenes has the same issue.

      However, if I import the part directly from KeyShot, everything is normal.

      Cause

      NX Plugin is not transferring geometry. Defect ID: KEYS-31546 has been issued.

      Resolution

      As a workaround, import the model internally from KeyShot. This also works to import the Model/Assembly in the native .prt form from NX. This issue has been fixed on the NX plugin for KeyShot 2024 1.4. Click here to download the latest version of KeyShot plugins.
