Q: How do I create a KeyShot Cloud Account?
A: You can sign up for KeyShot Cloud Account on our website here
Q: When signing up for an account, I didn't receive the verification code email.
A: If you did not receive the verification code email, you may want to check your spam/junk folder as they sometimes end up being flagged. If you still do not receive the verification email, please create a support ticket so that we can assist you with this issue.
Q: I forgot my password
A: No problem! You can click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link on this page . Once you enter in your email address, it will send you a verification code email that will allow you to change your password. Be sure not to close the browser window!
Q: I am not sure if I have a KeyShot Cloud Account
A: If you have purchased a subscription license of KeyShot in the past, you most likely already have a KeyShot Cloud Account. If you have purchased KeyShot 10 or older or perpetual licenses of KeyShot in the past, you most likely do NOT have a KeyShot Cloud Account and will need to sign up for one now.
When KeyShot 2023 was released, our account system was updated and we did not transfer over any of the older accounts. For that reason, any customers with older versions of KeyShot will need to create a new account again. Sorry for the inconvenience!
