Resolution
Do not be alarmed by the attack error message if that is what you see, KeyShot has not been compromised in any way. There are a various reasons why this error message can appear. The most common is a discrepancy between the system clock and your local time.
If you notice that the internet time is showing your company name, then it might be syncing to a server on your network and you would need to ask your IT team to update the time as there can be an issue if the time falls behind even 1 minute.
Please confirm that your computer's clock is accurate.
-
Go to the bottom right-hand corner on the screen > right-click the date on the task bar and select the option to "Adjust date and time".
-
You can then sync it up to the internet time.
-
Then refresh your browser by pressing CTRL + F5 or Command + R. This will clear any cached data.
You should now be able to log into the KeyShot Portal.
