Resolution

Do not be alarmed by the attack error message if that is what you see, KeyShot has not been compromised in any way. There are a various reasons why this error message can appear. The most common is a discrepancy between the system clock and your local time.

If you notice that the internet time is showing your company name, then it might be syncing to a server on your network and you would need to ask your IT team to update the time as there can be an issue if the time falls behind even 1 minute.

Please confirm that your computer's clock is accurate.

  1. Go to the bottom right-hand corner on the screen > right-click the date on the task bar and select the option to "Adjust date and time".

  2. You can then sync it up to the internet time.

  3. Then refresh your browser by pressing CTRL + F5 or Command + R. This will clear any cached data.

You should now be able to log into the KeyShot Portal.
