Rendering a KeyShot .mov file no longer works in KeyShot Studio

Issue

I'm not able to play QuickTime videos after rendering them on KeyShot Studio.

Environment

  • KeyShot Studio
    • All Versions
  • Mac OS

Resolution

As part of a transition to the 64-bit technology, Mac OS is no longer supporting the .mov (QuickTime) format. You will notice that all .mov will now be in the H.264 format. Any .mov (QuickTime) rendered in KeyShot will no longer be able to be played in QuickTime on Mac OS Catalina.

The animation renders just fine and can still be played by other video players.
