How to Make Subscription & Billing Changes

This article outlines how to make changes to your Subscription Billing information such as changing the credit card information or turning off auto-renewal

Use the procedure below if you need to update your Subscription and Billing information.

Prerequisites

  • Subscription License for KeyShot
  • KeyShot Account

Procedure

If you need to make changes to your billing information, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Sign into your KeyShot Account.
  2. Once there, go to the Subscriptions & Billing tab.
  3. Select the three dots next to the license you wish to edit.
  4. From there you will be directed to a new screen where you can edit the payment information and also turn on/off the auto-renew.
