How to Make Subscription & Billing Changes

Use the procedure below if you need to update your Subscription and Billing information.

Prerequisites

• Subscription License for KeyShot
• KeyShot Account

Procedure

If you need to make changes to your subscription, please follow the below steps: 

1. Sign into your KeyShot Account.
2. Go to the Subscriptions tab on the left.
3. Click on the details link on the subscription.
   
   
   
   

4. On the new page you can:

   1. Add seats to your subscription or upgrade to a higher plan
   2. Toggle automatic renewal on or off
   3. Update the payment information
   4. Change owner of a subscription
