KeyShot complies with all applicable export regulations and sanctions in the countries in which it operates, including the new sanctions issued by OFAC [Office of Foreign Assets Control] and the regulations issued by BIS [Bureau of Industry and Security] pursuant to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) in the United States of America. In accordance with these sanctions, all direct sales to and from Russia have been suspended until we receive updated export regulation guidance.
