How to Log Into the Customer Portal
Directions on how to log into the Customer Portal and some troubleshooting steps if you have issues.
Prerequisites
- KeyShot Account ID
Procedure
Use your KeyShot Account to log into the Customer Portal.
- Sign in or sign up from the KeyShot Account page.
NOTE: If a non-KeyShot Account email was used to register for the customer portal prior to 6/22/2026, use a KeyShot Account ID email to login instead
If you run into issues logging in:
- Confirm that your email is correct and matches your KeyShot Account ID email.
- If a different email was used to log into the customer portal, use the email associated with your KeyShot Account ID instead to login. Once logged in, you may create a new technical support ticket saying you wish to merge accounts. Mention the email you previously used for the support portal. We will need to use your KeyShot Account ID as the primary email going forward.
- Reset your password via KeyShot Account page.
